ORDINAIRE.

Ordinaire is a wine shop and wine bar. We serve natural wines, which means, for us, wines that are made with grapes that are farmed organically, and then fermented naturally in the cellar with no additions except small amounts of sulfites. We believe that natural wines hold the power to affirm a profound sense of our shared humanity, our connectedness to nature, and our deepest desires for a better world.

The shop was founded by Bradford Taylor in 2012. He currently lives with his family in Chicago, where he is in the process of opening a second wine shop, Diversey Wine. He was helped by Quinn Kimsey-White, who is opening Psychic Wines in Los Angeles.

Ordinaire is now managed by Quentin Jeanroy, who directs the buying and event schedule. Diego Perez assists with buying and manages the bar. Alex Leopold procures all of our charcuterie, cheese and tinned fish. Kara Fowler helps Bradford with wine club and social media stuff. Everyone works at the bar.

We sell retail bottles to-go and offer wines by the glass. On Saturdays, from 1-4pm, we host $10 tastings featuring a particular winemaker; the fee is waived with a $100 purchase.
